Thank you for signing up for a remote slot. Now that you picked a day and time for maintenance, all that is left to do is make sure you have the program Teamviewer installed. If you have a Windows machine, you will find it when you select the Windows button in the lower left-hand corner, and all apps or programs. If you are a Mac user, please Open your Finder. You will find Teamviewer in your Applications Folder.
If you don't have Teamviewer, don't worry we will be able to get you sorted out on your scheduled day.
