What that means is remote sessions with us are scrambled to the outside world so that no one can read or copy or infiltrate a connection between machines. Our encryption is just like the security standards used in online banking and e-commerce store purchases. While on a remote session with our technician, you’re fully in charge of your computer and can opt to end the connection anytime.
Can I track the progress of my repair? If yes, how?
Yes, you can track your order. Once you drop your device with us for repairs, you will be issued a unique ticket number that can be used for a progress check. Simply click on “check on service” and fill in your ticket number with your last name. PC Handyman will send you a progress report almost immediately.
When will your technician arrive at my address?
After scheduling an appointment with us on our website, you can have our technicians in your location that same day or the next day. We will get your device up and running in no time.
What is your service charge per visit?
Our service fee varies with the nature of the task involved. Our hourly rate is $95 but most times, our price is based on a flat rate. We agree on a price and the work gets done. Please contact us to book an appointment.

If you have any passwords or security for your device, please make sure to provide them. While we can override passwords if need be, it isn’t something we like to get in the habit of doing
You need to back up your data before you trust your computer to us. Nothing beats just connecting your data up to your external hard drive and making sure it’s all backed up. At PC Handyman, we offer data backup and cloud storage services for $30.
