House Calls
Who doesn’t love a home visit? Especially when it’s from our PC Handyman. This is the only time we flex our hourly rate of $125, with a half-hour minimum charge. But guess what? Drop-offs
If you prefer dropping off your computer for repair, that’s cool! We operate on fixed pricing, still honoring the 30-minute minimum at $62.50/hr. We swear never to exceed $250 for labor. Need help but can’t come in? No problemo! Our remote support has got your back at $2 per minute. The beauty of it? No minimums or maximums. If your issue takes 10 minutes, your charge is just $20. Subscription clients get a free pass on per-minute pricing. Schedule a remote session here.
Office Appointments
Have you got a quick hardware or software issue? Need help with your smartphone or computer programs? Book an office appointment. It typically lasts an hour and costs $100. But guess what? Our subscription clients get these appointments on the house!
